JBJ nanocube? or Oceanic Biocube?

I’m looking to purchase a nano tank and have a small reef set up but I’m not sure which type of tank is best. You know, live sand, live rock, a small piece of coral, and a pair of clown fish. Maybe a gobbie. I’ve read many forums and have found both good and bad things about each. The nanocube ’s glass seems to break very easily (that would be a disaster) but it has better filtration. I’ve heard the biocube has better lighting but the filtration on it is bad and the cooling fans are noisy. If you have any experience with nano tanks, please tell me what you think. what should I go with and why? or should I go with another brand all together? I’ve heard many people suggest just getting a regular tank and purchasing all the necessary parts, but I don’t want to do that. I was originally going to but I dont have room for a large tank. And after doing my research I realised it was out of my price range anyways. Also I move alot, so something smaller is better suited to my life style.

I’m glad you asked that question, because I have also been looking for a nano tank. The pet store I shopped at recommended the Oceanic, b/c they thought the quality was better. I asked about a protein skimmer and they have one you can put in the tank, but he said you won’t need it until the tank has been established (about 6-8 months). I’m not going to be much help, but I think I’m going with the Oceanic based off the research I’ve done. I will be interested in the responses you get b/c that is almost the same question I have. Good Luck
