Yes! Get some pure water pour into Clean ice cube makers or just freeze a water bottle drop in 2 or 3! Get a new water heater!

if you got a heater turn it off that will help i know when mine get to high i turn it off in the day that is when it get to hot is in the day time and with summer coming up you will not need that heater to much

Are you running a heater? Is it defective? I remember when my house would get into the high 90s and i had to put trays of ice cubes into it in the mid summer. Its nerve racking because the fluctuations in tempature stressed out the fish alot, and made a greater chance of them getting ick. If your tank is getting up to 84 you might want to add air stones. The hotter the water temp, the less oxygen in the water for the fish. Good luck

turn the heater down, or take it out of the sun.

You could try to it to a room that is not so hot if it’s in a room that gets hot very easily or the tank is in the sun, move it to a shady counter or desk or something because that could be the problem. Hope it helps.

Get a heater, it will turn on and off acording to the temp. If that doesn’t work then when u change some of the water put cold water in (not too cold)
