My friend bought a 29 gallon biocube with the same problem.
There is no way to permanently fix it.
It will need to be replaced. How old is your tank should be under warranty.

I dont know anything about the biocubes, but I assume that the tank is leaking from the bottom some place so you have to empty it?

I would rush out and buy a big plastic storage bin and a cheapo internal power filter and heater.

Set that up as a temporary tank with everything from your biocube. If you can maintain the temp and water flow then the live rock should be OK. If the live rock is OK then the fish should survive. Take the filter media from the other tank, put it in a bag or stocking and dump that in the plastic bin too, someplace that the current from the new filter will wash though it. It will still help filter and keep the media cycled for when you put everything back in your Biocube.

Once you have the fish as safe as you can get them, then you can empty the bio-cube and work out what went wrong and make a proper repair. But I suspect it will have to be dried out and something sealed up again and glue cured - could take a few days. Hence setting up the emergency tank.

Edit : Even if it’s a warranty issue then you still need some place to keep your fish. So set up a temp home for them, then worry about repair or replace on the tank.
