If it helps, i only started a few weeks ago and havent put anything in yet but am hoping to put in a skunk cleaner shrimp, a blenny of some kind (probably a lawnmower blenny), Pumping (Pulsating) Xenia, and various other soft corals. Thanks in advance for your help

All living things sleep and requir periodic rest myt advice is ro repicate a “day” for the livestock. This will be partiularly importsnt for the corals you say you want o put into this reef system. IF this is not a reef system. My advice isd to consult with a specialty trop fish store regarding this system corals can be,
A) Finicky
B) Expensive to replace frequently. and since the rock in a reef tank is part of the filtration. to have on without the other is likely to demonstrate the expensive part. Also how small is this tank and what type of filter are you using? if there is no protien skimmer dont even try corals. Corals are living things as well and ifyou are not going to provide proper evironment it is not fair to the specimen.
