Buy a better cover, or make one out of fine wire mesh… haha, your situation reminds me of Finding Nemo!

    What kind of fish?

are they notorius jumpers or are they jumping out because they don’t like the water conditions.

Some fish jump because the get scared and panic (glo fish) , some jump because (hatchett fish) thats what there designed to do.

I’m not saying your doing anything wrong but you might be able to stop the fish from jumping if you know why they are jumping?

    what’s spooking the fish?

anyways if its a black cube buy a black womans nylon and cut and stretch it over any holes here jumping threw.

just an idea if you don’t like screening

    Good Luck!!!
