Can an 8G BioCube with live sand and about 8 lbs live rock hold: a clownfish or two, a shrimp, and a coral?

This is the setup I have and I am hoping to add a couple of clownfish, a shrimp, and some coral on my live rock. I realize I can’t fit much in an 8G but I was hoping for at least the previously mentioned. It seems as if the tank has a pretty good amount of room at the moment though I am concerned about the future and if my critters will make it in this setup.

Sure it can. I wouldn’t add much more than that though. I would stick to soft corals in there. You could actually put quite a few corals in your tank. They don’t add near the bioload a fish does. You will need to keep up on water changes to keep your water quality good. Small tanks can crash easier as they don’t have the water volume to buffer errors.

i think you should be ok but i dont reccomend putting a pair of clownfish together in such a small tank its not humane because clowns are territorieal and will begin to fight
even tomato clowns will be snippy in such tight space, may try to find a species that does better in tiny tanks, firefish, mandarins, or gobies
but you can put inverts galore depeinding on your husbandry
